What are Corepro Systems Insulated Conservatory Roof Panels?

Essentially, our insulated conservatory roof panels are a robust roofing product with a layer of insulating and weatherproofing material i.e. extruded polystyrene foam insulation (XPS) sandwiched between the layers of skin material, aluminium or Stadurlon

Unlike traditional conservatory roofing materials, such as polycarbonate panels or glass, these roof panels are the ideal material to use when insulating your conservatory.

Good insulation allows you to enjoy your conservatory all year round, no matter the weather. Insulated roof panels are the best way to achieve this.

They provide greater energy efficiency, allowing you to keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer whilst also allowing you to cut down on your monthly energy bills.

Benefits of the insulated panel system

Insulated panel roofing systems are the most efficient and cost-effective way to ensure that your conservatory is a comfortable and inviting room to be in.

The primary benefit of having these panels installed is that it will improve the thermal efficiency of your conservatory, keeping the warmth in during the winter whilst also keeping it cool during the summer, ultimately saving you money on your monthly energy bills.

Additionally, unlike cladding materials, installing these insulated panels does not require drilling into or adding significant additional loading onto the existing structure of your conservatory.

This has a two-fold advantage in that the supporting structure of your conservatory is not compromised, keeping it safely standing for years to come, and avoids affecting any manufacturer's warranty you may still have on the structure.

They also provide a brand new waterproof roofing layer

A summary of the overall benefits include:

      • Energy efficiency
      • Cost-effective insulation solution
      • Reduction of heat loss up to 70%
      • Lightweight and robust
      • Weatherproof/waterproof
      • Protection from fading under direct sunlight
      • Reduction of sun glare and UV protection
      • Quick installation in as little as a day
      • Greater usability of your conservatory
      • Noise reduction

      A Better Alternative

Drop in replacement insulated conservatory panels are an excellent alternative to more traditional conservatory replacement roofing solutions. Internal cladding, for example, is a more popular cost-cutting method of finishing your conservatory roof. However, the combination of insulating quilts and cladding can compromise the integrity of your conservatory, putting added weight and strain on the frame.

On the other hand, insulated panels provide better heat retention in winter, cooler in summer whilst being lightweight and easy to install. Therefore, these insulated panels cannot be beaten as a cost-effective alternative with all the insulation benefits and none of the downsides of traditional conservatory roofing systems.

CorePro Systems offers two types of insulated panel. One type with Stadurlon skins , similar to PVC. The other type with aluminium skins. Both  have the option of a 3mm acoustic layer to further enhance noise reduction. Stadurlon panels are white. The aluminium panels, Stadur Top can be white, graphite, Copper Brown or Cream. All panels will be made to order to your specification  allowing you to match these insulated roof panels with almost any existing roof system.

      Noise Reduction

Our solid insulated conservatory panels immediately improve the comfort of your conservatory in terms of temperature, glare and noise. Noise reduction can be further enhanced by opting for the acoustic layer helping to block any outside noise getting into your conservatory and creating the perfect place to relax.

Not only do our customers want to improve their conservatory roof insulation, but they also want a guarantee that their roof remains protected should the worst happen.                                             As you would expect from a leading German manufacturer all the insulated panels  come with a 10 year guarantee.      We aim to provide our customers with the greatest peace of mind, knowing their newly insulated roof will last.
